practice letting your mind, body and spirit communicate.

practice breathing.

practice being.

i invite you to practice with me, one on one or in a class. we will find and gently challenge your edges and limits, and help you grow past them.

group classes are currently being held at outer limits health club at 3:15 on sundays, and should be signed up for by noon on sunday. cost is $5 for gym members and $10 for non-members.

private one on one sessions are available at my office at 167 main, for $40/hour.
