when going through chemotherapy, radiation, and/or surgery, the last thing you often feel like doing is moving. trust me, i understand. but even a little bit of carefully planned movement can help. i will create a personalized exercise plan for you based on where you’re at, that you can do at home, gentle enough to not strain your physical and mental resources. all plans will be coordinated with your care team to make sure you stay safe while staying active.

your treatment is done. everything’s normal again, right? maaaybe not. if you need assistance getting back your strength, balance and flexibility, i can help. each treatment plan starts with a range of motion and postural assessment, so we can plan your exercise program for the best possible outcome. i will work closely with your care team to make sure you are not overworked and that exercises are safe for your individual case.
